The 115th birthday of ‘Shaheed-E-Azam Bhagat Singh‘ was commemorated in Doaba Public School, Parowal, following the wishes of the Honourable CM of Punjab Bhagwant Mann Ji.

The celebrations began with a morning assembly wherein brief life history of the great freedom fighter was narrated, followed by a recitation of a poem to inspire the students.

Students from Classes II to IV wrote slogans, V to VIII made paintings, and IX to XII worked on essays depicting the struggles in the Freedom Movement by the martyr Sardar Bhagat Singh.
